Every type of dirt is found in surface drains and canals: Abandoned carpets, mattresses, sofas, luggage, cots, cables, tires, commodes, flower tubs, rickshaw parts, tables, chairs, basins, bags, various plastic containers, and what not; Due to these, the water flow is mainly hindered, causing waterlogging. Cameras will be installed on the bank of the canal. Legal action will be taken if anyone litters”.
